Objective: Concurrent with the passage of the fortieth anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution presented the Second Step statement to the Iranian nation, particularly the youth. This statement enumerated the great blessings of the Islamic Revolution in its first step and provided important recommendations to the youth. The main objective of this research is to examine the effects that cyberspace, through youth participation, has on recreating the Islamic Revolution based on the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution statement.
Research Methodology: The research method is descriptive-analytical, utilizing documentary and library sources.
Findings: Today, the active and continuous presence of youth in cyberspace and its effects within social networks is significantly greater than in the past. Based on research findings, cyberspace through youth participation can transform the main axes considered by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in the Second Step statement into the primary discourse of the day and hold officials accountable in this regard.
Discussion and Conclusion: Science and research, ethics and spirituality, economy, justice and fight against corruption, independence and freedom, national dignity-foreign relations-demarcation with the enemy, and lifestyle are matters that should be recreated based on the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution statement and transformed into the primary demand and discourse of the day, so that a construct and discourse that can advance society toward Islamic civilization prevails, and officials and media practitioners, especially in the field of cyberspace, are held accountable according to their social responsibility.
