Objective: This study evaluates the characteristics of cyberspace in shaping social influence and public opinion, aiming to inform strategies for its optimal utilization. Research Methodology: A descriptive-analytical approach was employed to assess cyberspace’s role in influencing societal dynamics and public opinion. Findings: Cyberspace bridges the virtual and real worlds, amplifying unified public opinion and compelling governments to adapt to societal demands. By raising the cost of resisting public pressures, cyberspace influences domestic and foreign policy changes. Discussion and Conclusion: Cyberspace represents both a threat and an opportunity for governments. It serves as a platform for public advocacy and societal demands while enabling policy management and engineering. Its pivotal role in shaping public opinion underscores the necessity for strategic engagement.
